Thank you for giving us the opportunity to play a part in your health journey. Although we’re sad, we totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out and if that’s the case, please take advantage of our money back guarantee.

Our products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee beginning on the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact Customer Service using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page. When submitting your request, please indicate your order number as well as the name and email address you used to place the order. Our guarantee is as follows: We allow only one open bottle within the first 60 days to be returned for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. When returning your package, please insure it. Anxieco is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Refunds will be sent to your bank after receipt of the returned item.
After following the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund, a process that typically requires 10-15 days. Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

The Anxieco refunds policy is designed to support customer satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product and service to happy customers for years to come.

Anxieco’s Money-Back Guarantee allows any Anxieco product purchased from Anxiecoshop (this website), Anxieco Affiliated web storefronts, and Participants in Anxieco’s Authorized Reseller Program to be returned within the 60 days to be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs. All matters regarding returns of Anxieco Products must be conducted with place of purchase (, Anxieco authorized reseller, etc.). Returning an Anxieco ‘Product’ without complying with our policy, or returning a Product absent the protections afforded by Anxieco as the retailer, or the protections conferred contractually to participants in the Anxieco Authorized Reseller program will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable. Anxieco defines ‘Product’ for the purpose of this policy as the sum of the following parts:

Anxieco physical products (sealed bottles/containers containing unaltered Anxieco product)
Anxieco digital or marketing materials prescribed for distribution with the physical Anxieco products, and Money-Back Guarantee protections held by Anxieco as the retailer or conferred by Anxieco in contractual agreement to authorized resellers.
Products not containing the sum of its parts (products purchased from unauthorized resellers, who by definition, operate with no Guarantee protections that Anxieco is contractually bound to honor for example) are defined by Anxieco policy as ‘materially different’ from Anxieco products sold to end users (customers) by Anxieco or participants in Anxieco’s authorized reseller program, and thus are not authorized for resell. Products resold by persons, parties or entities, not granted Guarantee Protections in a mutual agreement with Anxieco under Anxieco’s Authorized Reseller Program are not authorized for reimbursement in the event of return under this policy. Money-Back Guarantee protections as granted by Anxieco to authorized resellers cannot be purchased or transferred, and are held exclusively by Anxieco, except as conferred through mutual agreement between Anxieco and participants in Anxieco’s Authorized Reseller Program.


Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If you purchase a subscription to Anxieco, LLC products through our Site, every thirty (30) days, we will send you a shipment containing a thirty (30) day supply of vitamin supplements from us. Our subscription term is thirty (30) days so we make sure that you do not run out of your supplements at the end of each month.

Your subscription will continue, and you will be charged, every thirty (30) days, until you choose to cancel. However, please note that all fees for the Services are non-refundable, so if you cancel your subscription, we will send you any outstanding supply of supplements but will not refund you any amounts for shipments not received as of the date of cancellation. There is no subscription fee associated with your subscription. You will only be charged for the cost of the product and the cost of shipping and handling. After your initial thirty (30) day subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each a "Renewal Commencement Date") and continue for an additional thirty (30) day period, at our then-current price for such subscription. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time prior to the Renewal Commencement Date by logging into and going to the "Change/Cancel Membership" page of your "Account Settings" page.

If you do not wish your account to renew automatically, or if you want to cancel your subscription, please log in and go to the "Change/Cancel Membership" page on your "Account Settings" page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. We will send you an email reminder prior to charging your payment provider each subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, your subscription will terminate automatically and we will not charge your payment provider for the subsequent subscription period. You agree that we may either terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.
